Dagmar & John Pedersen

This is where John lived as a child in upper Denmark - Druning Lund. His parents were Christian and Ida Pedersen (middle right side of picture). Christian made a living as a farmer and shoe cobbler. In this picture is a wood pile and a shop which we assume he used to make wooden shoes. Christian studied astrology and wrote many papers and books on the subject. Both died in their 80's. They had 18 children. Most of them came to America to live.

18 Children (some of them): Steena, Ida, John, Bob, Jim, Fred, Herman, Peter Christian & Christian Pedersen. The two brothers were identified by their wives names: Esther Chris and Tillie Chris.
